Processing and delivery times
Please allow 10 to 20 business days from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. This includes processing time with our partner and international transit. Some items may arrive sooner, and items from the same order can be delivered separately, in more than one parcel.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so that you can follow its journey. Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout before you pay. You will always see the final amount before confirming your order.

Lost or delayed parcels
